Description of the position and the work you have to do.
• Take orders from head chefs about regular order preparation and daily specials.
• Sort, chop and store food items that need to be used for cooking purposes.
• Assist the head chef in cooking items from the menu by following TWS standard recipes.
• Assure the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas such as counter tops.
• Aesthetically place food items on plates and platters for serving purposes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens and other cooking equipment on a periodic basis.
Requirements
•Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving
• Willing to learn and adapt to changes
• Positive attitude
• Male or Female aged 18 to 35 years old
• Discipline and punctual
• Responsible and able to work with team member
